Harry Allen
Harry is one of our Personal Trainers and our deputy manger here at the Wellness Works. He specializes in strength training, fat loss, muscle gain, hypertrophy training, sport specific training and postural alignment. He believes that in the gym you develop much more than just your body, you become healthier, build more discipline. Your training experience will improve your mindset and help you tackle any life obstacle you might face in life better.
Alfie Wood
Alfie is one of our Personal Trainers here at the Wellness Works. He specialises in Strength & Hypertrophy training, fat loss and body recomposition. He is a strong believer of “mens sana in corpore sano” (a healthy body equals a healthy mind) and he is dedicated to help is clients to become the best version of themselves. His vast experience, working with a wide range of people has perfected his methods in developing tailored plans while helping people to get a grip on their nutrition.
Aliya Shaku
Aliya Shakur stands out at Wellness Works as a dedicated Personal Trainer and Strength Coach, boasting over a decade of experience in ladies fitness and nutrition. Specializing in aiding women through post-pregnancy and various life stages, Aliya combines her passion for fitness with professional expertise to offer personalized training and nutritional guidance. Her holistic approach ensures that every client not only achieves their physical goals but also adopts sustainable health habits for life.
Shawna Harvey
Shawna is one of our Personal Trainers here at Wellness Works. With a robust background in conditioning, strength, and overall fitness, she combines her deep understanding of fitness with nutritional advice to offer a comprehensive approach to well-being. She got a first class honours and she loves degree in public health NutritionShe loves to inspire, teach and motivate people towards becoming the best versions of themselves through exercise.

Our aspiration is to create a professional and welcoming environment where we support our members to reach their own personal goals in fitness, health and well-being in our gym in London.
Opening times
If you are either a an early bird or a nigh owl, our opening times will suit you. During the week, we open at 6:00. Yes, for some of us that is still the time before the coffee. Closing times during the week are at 22:00 with the last entry 20 minutes before. We are not open 24 hours but we adjusted our schedule to fit most people.
When planning for classes, try joining in at least 5-10 minutes before to get a chance to get changed and say hi to the instructor and other participants

By Bike
Parking for bikes.
There is no better way to start your workout than with a ride on the bike on your way to us. You will find a on-site bike rack to keep you bike safe. Don’t forget to bring your lock.
By Public Transport
The main station close to us is Chingfod Overground and Bus Station. If you live your work in the area you probably know your way around. The station is on Station Road and we are, you guessed right, on Station Road as well. Some of the stations that connect to Chingford Overground Station are: Highams Park, Wood Street, Walthamstow Central, St. James Street, Hackney. By bus, the two main stations are Stanley Road and Buxton Road. The bus lines going through these stations are 97, 179, 212, 313, 444, 397, 379 and 385. With such connections you can access us from different parts of London.
By car
There are lots of parking spaces available in the surrounding area, behind the gym on The Drive and nearby residential streets they are free of charge and on Station Road and Buxton Road they are paid at peak times and free for the rest of the day. Incorporate a daily visit at the gym to disconnect from your daily commute around London.
