Shawna is one of our Personal Trainers here at Wellness Works. With a robust background in conditioning, strength, and overall fitness, she combines her deep understanding of fitness with nutritional advice to offer a comprehensive approach to well-being.  She got a first class honours and she loves  degree in public health NutritionShe loves to inspire, teach and motivate people  towards becoming the best versions of themselves  through exercise.



I believe in creating exercise regimes that are challenging yet fun, unlocking the full potential of my clients. My training philosophy is centered around the importance of a balanced lifestyle, incorporating both solid nutritional principles and effective exercise routines. Witnessing my clients achieve their fitness goals while enhancing their quality of life outside the gym is what motivates me daily. Assisting people in reaching their goals and overcoming exercise barriers is immensely rewarding for me. My philosophy emphasizes the importance of breaking down these barriers, making exercise an enjoyable and integral part of daily life. I am committed to merging the critical elements of nutrition and physical activity to enhance overall wellbeing. Shawna’s Story

Shawna’s passion for fitness was ignited by her love of football, which led her to explore the interconnectedness of diet and physical health. Her academic pursuit in public health nutrition, combined with her personal commitment to fitness, has enabled her to guide others towards a healthier, more balanced lifestyle. She believes in the power of exercise and nutrition to improve one’s wellbeing and is dedicated to helping her clients reach their full potential. Outside the gym, Shawna enjoys football, continuing her education in health, and helping others discover the joy of living a healthy lifestyle.
