A Holistic Yoga Experience

The essence of Nature Rhythm Yoga is on the grounding connection to the moon cycle, chakras and elements of nature and the alignment with personal intuition.

In each Nature Rhythm Yoga session, you’ll experience a mindful journey that harmonises your body, mind, and spirit with the elements of nature and energy centres (chakras)

Warm-up

We begin with gentle, grounding stretches and intentional breathing to centre you, and for a connection with the elements around and within you.

Flowing Core Practice

Move through a sequence of thoughtfully designed postures that flow with the moon and nature’s cycles, enhancing your flexibility, strength, and balance. Each movement encourages a deeper alignment with your true nature and inner rhythm.

Serene Cool Down

We end  with calming stretches and a restorative relaxation that guides you back to stillness.

This reflective space will leave you feeling both uplifted and grounded in the peace of your natural state.

Andrea Teja is the guiding presence behind each Nature Rhythm Yoga session. 

Andrea’s approach to yoga is deeply intuitive, drawing from her years of experience as a certified instructor and her own journey toward inner harmony. 

Known for her calm, nurturing style, Andrea gently leads her students through flows that encourage natural alignment, strength, and self-discovery. 

With a deep appreciation for nature’s rhythms, she delivers each class to not only energise but also for a grounded connection with one’s inner self. 

Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, Andrea’s supportive guidance will help you tap into your unique flow.

Schedule and Availability

At Wellness Works, we listen to our clients and are committed to offering a schedule that suits their needs. Our Yoga classes are available throughout the week, with morning, afternoon and evening options to ensure everyone can find a time that works for them. We regularly update our timetable based on feedback to maximise the number of people who can benefit from our classes. At the moment, we limit the number of participants in a class to 10 members, to make sure you are getting the boutique experience and attention you deserve.

How to Prepare

We've Got You Covered!

For your Yoga class, we recommend wearing comfortable clothing that allows for movement. Don’t forget to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated. We provide yoga mats, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer. Towels and locks are also available for sale.
