Class Structure

Building Strength, Stamina, and Flexibility

Experience a balanced and dynamic workout in our Strength & Conditioning class at Wellness Works

Warm-Up (5 minutes)

Begin with dynamic stretches to prepare your muscles and joints for the workout ahead.

Circuit One (20 minutes)

Focus on lower-body strength with 4 sets of 7 exercises, incorporating weights and movement. Exercises may include squats, lunges, crab walks, and other standing or walking-based movements designed to build power and stability.

Circuit Two (15 minutes)

Move to mat-based exercises with 7 movements performed 3 times. These floor-based exercises, such as donkey kicks, hydrants, and glute bridges, target specific muscle groups for a comprehensive lower-body workout.

Cool Down (5 minutes)

Finish with targeted stretches to relax your muscles, enhance recovery, and improve flexibility.

With a focus on building strength, endurance, and mobility, this class provides a full-body challenge suitable for all fitness levels.

With over a decade of experience in ladies’ fitness and nutrition, Aliya Janjua brings passion and expertise to every class she leads. As a Strength Coach and Personal Trainer, Aliya specializes in advanced ladies’ fitness, post-pregnancy recovery, and holistic wellness.

Her Legs, Bums, and Core classes focus on building stronger legs and glutes, enhancing core stability, and improving overall body strength and mobility. Aliya’s teaching philosophy centers on creating a supportive and empowering environment where participants of all fitness levels can thrive.
