With over a decade of experience in ladies’ fitness and nutrition, Aliya Janjua brings passion and expertise to every class she leads. As a Strength Coach and Personal Trainer, Aliya specializes in advanced ladies’ fitness, post-pregnancy recovery, and holistic wellness.
Her Legs, Bums, and Core classes focus on building stronger legs and glutes, enhancing core stability, and improving overall body strength and mobility. Aliya’s teaching philosophy centers on creating a supportive and empowering environment where participants of all fitness levels can thrive.
