Louise
With over 10 years of personal Pilates practice and 4 years of teaching experience, Louise brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to her classes. Holding certifications in group fitness and Boxfit, she takes a holistic approach to fitness, blending her expertise to help clients achieve their goals.
Louise’s teaching style emphasizes slow, controlled movements that focus on strength, stability, posture, breath control, and flexibility. Her passion lies in seeing clients improve their strength, body awareness, and overall well-being. Louise believes Pilates is a powerful tool for promoting mobility and strengthening all muscle groups in a balanced way, with a particular focus on the deep core muscles.
Whether you’re rehabilitating from an injury, aiming to prevent future ones, or looking to enhance your posture and range of movement, Louise’s classes are designed to guide you every step of the way.
Schedule and Availability
Our Pilates classes are held multiple times throughout the week, with options for morning, and evening sessions. We regularly adjust our timetable based on member feedback to ensure we meet the demand for our most popular class times. At the moment, we limit the number of participants in a class to 10 members, to make sure you are getting the boutique experience and attention you deserve.

How to Prepare
We've Got You Covered!
For your Pilates session, we recommend wearing comfortable, form-fitting clothes to allow for easy movement. Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated. We provide all the necessary equipment, including mats and resistance bands, but you’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer. Towels and locks are available for sale.

We’re located at 64 Station Road, E4 7BA, right in the heart of Chingford. Our gym is easily accessible from surrounding areas, including Walthamstow, Woodford, Enfield, and Loughton. With bike parking, nearby public transport (Overground Station), and car parking options around, visiting us couldn’t be easier.
