Class Structure
Functional Fitness for Strength, Mobility & Endurance
Our Functional Fitness sessions typically run for 30 minutes and are divided into focused segments to help you develop well-rounded physical capabilities:
Warm-Up
(5mins)
Functional Movements (10mins)
We begin with functional bodyweight movements such as; lunges, walkouts, and pushups. We focus on proper form and technique to ensure you move safely.
Functional Exercises (10mins)
We then progress to functional exercises using weight such as; squats, kettlebell swings, shoulder press. Again, we make sure the technique and form are correct with higher intensity.
Cool Down
(5mins)
Conclude with static stretches and mindful breathing to lower your heart rate and aid muscle recovery.
We provide equipment such as kettlebells, bars, mats, and free weights. Many exercises also use your own body weight, making it ideal for both beginners and advanced participants.
