Class Structure
Building Strength, Stamina, and Flexibility
Limited to only 10 participants each Circuit class session typically lasts 30 minutes and is divided into key segments:
Warm-Up (5 minutes)
Prepare your body with dynamic stretches and light cardio drills.
Circuit Stations (20mins)
The circuit stations are made up of exercises that work the full body and target each muscle group. Exercises will be a mixture of compound and isolation, as well as bodyweight and resistance. Each round has a set amount of time that you spend working and resting, this can be changed from round to round.
Cool Down (5mins)
Conclude with slow stretches and deep breathing to promote recovery and reduce muscle tension.
We provide all necessary equipment—kettlebells, dumbbells, battle ropes, and mats—to ensure a comprehensive full-body workout.
