Class Structure

A Full-Body Workout for Strength, Endurance & Mobility

Our Body Conditioning sessions typically last 45 minutes and are divided into 4 key segments, body weight, plates, barbell and Core for a well-rounded workout. There are always high impact and low impact options to make the workout tailored to your needs.

Warm-Up

Begins with body weight progressing to barbell moves, to raise your heartrate and master technique before the main workout.

Body Weight

Moves designed to improve cardiovascular fitness utilising a low bench and floor work.

Plate Work

Bridging the gap between cardiovascular and strength training, Plate work helps fire up fast twitch fibres to give maximum results both during and after the workout.

Barbell Set

Engage in compound movements like Squats, Lunges, Barbell Rows, targeting multiple muscle groups as well as lower and upper body simultaneously to improve muscular endurance.

Core

Combining moves such as planks, crunches, glute bridges to help engage and strengthen the core muscles of the body.

Cool Down

Finish with gentle stretches to cool down the body and maintain flexibility after the workout.

All necessary equipment is provided, ensuring you have everything you need to get the most from your session. Just make sure you bring a towel, a water bottle and a passion to make your workouts count!
