Each BarreConcept in Chingford session runs for about 45 minutes, featuring a blend of upbeat music, ballet barre work, and mat-based exercises to maximise results
Warm-Up

Barre Work

Mat Exercises

Our Instructor
Jessica Beeby
BarreConcept is instructed by Jessica Beeby, who will welcome you with a smile and instantly make you feel welcome and included in the class! Jessica comes to us with several years experience in teaching Barre, after completing teacher training in BarreConcept technique and qualifying with the Pilates Union UK in 2021. Jessica also has a wealth of knowledge in dance, gaining multiple qualifications in performing and teaching RAD ballet, ISTD Modern Jazz and tap. Jessica has been dancing since the young age of 4 and has taught many classes over the years, adding to her wealth of experience and ability to understand movement, anatomy and technique.

How to Prepare

What to Wear: Opt for comfortable, fitted activewear (think leggings and a supportive top) that allows freedom of movement while enabling your instructor to check alignment.
What to Bring: We suggest bringing a water bottle to stay hydrated. We provide all necessary equipment, including ballet barres, resistance bands, and small hand weights.
Optional Accessories: If you prefer your own mat or have special footwear, feel free to bring those along (though we typically recommend non-slip socks for stability).
